The 1721 Assembly is named to honor the date of construction on our Ladd-Gilman House. By joining, you support the museum’s preservation and growth and inspire others. The 1721 Assembly is participatory at any level.

Outright Gifts

Bequests

Give a gift of cash, appreciated securities, or personal property, without affecting your income during your lifetime.

Retirement Planned Assets

When you designate all or a portion of unspent retirement fund assets, you may find it is worth more than when left to your heirs.

Life Income Gifts

Charitable Remainder Trusts

The museum has the right to principal and the trust pays an income stream to one or more named beneficiaries (which can include you) for a defined period.

Gifts Protecting Assets

Charitable Lead Trusts

You can provide regular support to AIM for a defined period (a specific number of years or an individual’s lifetime), then, when the trust terminates, the remaining assets are paid to your heirs.
